This 21 Day Shoulder Hooping Challenge includes 21 daily video lessons that will guide you to strong and smooth upper body hooping.

 I am 52 years old and have been hooping for 11 months now. I don't get to hoop as often as a lot of younger people (college students and 20s) I see who are way better tha I am after only two months. I probably average 15-20 minutes a day of hooping., with work and "life". However this challenge really pulled things together and makes me feel like I have a nice repertoire of tricks. How does this work?

The Hooplovers.tv video workshop space is your location to learn hoop dance with world class instructor Deanne Love. All workshops are available to view online and for download.

Take a look through the range of online workshops created for hoopers of all levels by reading the workshop descriptions. You can see what you will learn in each workshop by reading through the descriptions and get excited about all the new hoop moves you are going to learn. Once you are ready to start one of the workshops online you can create an account or sign in to your already existing one. Once payment is processed you with be guided to start your hoop dance workshop with Deanne.

Can I download your workshops?
