Twin Hoop Dance Flow Sessions For All Levels
Join this specialty twin hoop flow session series. All levels welcome. Each week we will rn through coordination drills to improve your skills with twins and work on a new part of a full twin hoop flow session. You will need two hoops that are the same size.

4 x weekly twin hoop flow classes with me (to stream or download)
Each week you will get a new hoop flow class with me, complete with warm-up, skill focus, flow sessions, play time and cool down. Yes, it is just like being in a real class with me but you get to save on the airfares.
Each week we will explore new skills, flow, technique and play inside our hoop. All classes will include a combination of off body and on body skills and flow. All classes will be multi-level and designed for a range of hoop sizes (although I won’t cover mini hoop : smaller than 30″ technique and I never recommend very heavy “fitness” hoops for safe hoop dance flow)
1 x monthly hoop playlist for your own practice

This experience will not only teach you twin hoop skills but it will give you access to hoop dance flow with two hoops. Learning tricks in isolation is powerful for strength and understanding, but flowing them through, sequencing them together and access twin hoop dance is a magical experience and ultimate balance.
Each day of the 21 day practice you will learn a new focus skill and a twin hoop sequence to flow and dance it out. This is designed to help you improve your hoop skills, your coordination and balance and find freedom and fluidity in your practice.
