⚡️ A space together (via our Zoom screens) to hoop, dance, spiral, sway, roll, or lie in stillness
⚡️ A collective moment of rest and reflection to integrate and close the container together

Whether you're new to hooping or you've been spinning for years, this experience is about freedom, expression and play. You don’t need to know the moves. You are the movement.
