4 x weekly hoop flow classes with me (to stream or download)
Each week you will get a new hoop flow class with me, complete with warm-up, skill focus, flow sessions, play time and cool down. Yes, it is just like being in a real class with me but you get to save on the airfares.
Each week we will explore new skills, flow, technique and play inside our hoop. All classes will be multi-level.
Warm up:
In this weeks warm up we become one with our hoop and explore the space around us and the space between ourselves and our hoop.
Coordination:
It is time to get our brain warmed up! This week we are amping up our coordination with fun drills and activities and tuning in to how we move with our hoop.
Inner thigh intelligence:
Whoever thought that we would use our inner thighs to manipulate our hoops around? Well, this week we will learn all about wedgies. It is all a part of the grand plan for our body to know how to manipulate and move that hoop from wherever it is.
Flow Session:
Blending our tricks using our transitions, we will explore two variations, while expressing ourselves however we wish. Remember hooping is all about your own style, expressing your individuality. Find your way, you may find something completely new along the way.
Cool Down:
A full body release to end the first flow session of the month.
Warm up/ Coordination:
This week I am super excited! We are combining our warm up and coordination together for a very powerful and energizing session. Using our breath for balance this is a perfect practice for concentration and coordination.
Body flow:
We going to create flow and movement with on body hooping.
Standing breaks:
How are those breaks going? Let’s bring them back once again to bring back our focus and ultimately find our flow.
Cool down:
Cooling down with some on-body hooping we will end this session massaging our internal organs, bringing the tempo right down.
Warm up:
Getting straight into it this week with some on body hooping.
Coordination:
Breaks are back!! This week’s coordination is about improving our left and right coordination and breaks, which brings your hoop dance into flow.
Barrel Roles:
Barrel Roles are a super fun off and an on body hoop move. This week I will show some different ways to execute these into your hoop dance flow.
Cool down:
Our cool down today is focused on stretching out our muscles, keeping them alive, injury free and ready for our next hoop dance session.
Warm up:
It is our last warm up of the month, so this week we are centering it around our hips and lower body in celebration or what our bodies can do and how they can move.
Coordination:
We are bringing our energy up to our upper body. In this coordination session, we are going to focus on opening up our upper body.
Vortex:
We are going back in time of when the vortex was the craze!
Flow Session:
To create flow this week we are going to work with a routine with 8 tricks and movement. We are focusing on bringing turning into movement and activate 360 movements.
Linear isolations:
Linear isolations will help with extension and opening up our chest and upper body.
Cool down:
This is our last cool down for this month. So we are concentrating on loosening, releasing and healing any pain or tension, by stretching our body in a calming soft cool down.
