Breaks & Balance

A guided online hoop workshop, with Deanne Love, exploring the playful precision of breaks, the power of repetition, and the art of embodied balance.

This isn’t just a class about tricks or transitions (although you will be supported to refine your hoop breaks and find more balance in your flow) it’s about finding the heartbeat beneath your hoop dance, the rhythm between movement and stillness, and the connection between control and surrender.

Through guided sequences, creative repetition, and rhythmic exploration, you’ll learn how to use breaks not just as technical moments but as punctuation in your flow story. You’ll discover how repetition becomes meditation, and how balance reveals itself not in stillness and in motion.
