Sweaty Circles is about showing up as you are, all parts of you are welcome, inhabiting and moving in the skin you are in. 

If you are looking for a playful way to balance your body and mind with easy to access at-home workouts and flow sessions then this is the program for you. Sweaty Circles is dedicated to authenticity, there is nothing that you need to change about yourself to feel the empowerment and strength of moving for expression and energy. 


Nothing about this program requires restriction, limitation or holding back. We are showing up for liberation, maximum energy and connection.


What you need:

  • hoop(s), 
  • a mat 
  • access to the internet


A big space is NOT required, these workouts & flow sessions are all designed to do indoors or out. I will be sweating with you live and direct from my living room.


Sweaty Circles is the movement medicine for you if:

  • What happens if I miss a workout/video/flow session?

    All sessions will be recorded and added to your library. Each week you will receive a timetable of live workouts but you can do any of the videos at any time.

  • What if I can't hoop?

    Sweaty Circles will be an amazing way to build strength, confidence and coordination with a hoop. Sweaty Circles is for all levels.

  • What is included in the monthly program?

    You will receive an email once you have confirmed your sign up to Sweaty Circles February, this will direct you to your Hooplovers.tv dashboard. Plans, playlists and other updates will be on your Hooplovers.tv All live and recorded videos will be delivered via a private Instagram account

  • How long do I have to do the videos?

    This is a 30-day program. You have a full month to do any of the workouts and flow sessions.

  • Will this help me improve my hooping?

    Yes! We will be using on-body and off-body tricks in most of the sessions so the workouts and flow session drills are going to make you stronger, more aligned and improve your coordination with a hoop.

  • Will this program help me lose weight?

    Sweaty Circles will not focus on restrictions, weight loss, calorie counting or any other toxic diet culture. We will be focussing on moving your body for strength, fitness, pleasure, joy, freedom and expression. These workouts and flow sessions will make you sweat, if a side effect of consistently showing up to healthy movement is weight loss then that is for each individual to explore but this program is about loving your body, honoring your body, adoring your natural weight, moving for joy & fitness.
