We will start off with off body breaks to build hoop timing and break intelligence. Next we will go on body and play with the foundations of body breaks on the core, these foundations will launch you through into more advanced breaks and reversals and give you the confidence to explore advanced techniques. Upper Body Breaks are next in this workshop learn how to master them with step by step instruction and guidance including slow mo footage. Dance through a large library of break variations for the upper body. Finally enjoy guidance to innovate your own style to make breaks, reversals and paddles a full body expression.

The beauty of this workshop is you can go at your own pace and take time out to play and practice. You can watch, learn and hoop along step by step and take time to grow or you can devour the whole workshop and re-watch as you need.
