What is included in this course?
- 4 x 60 minutes full length hoop class with Deanne Love

Warm Up: Accessing peak states of flow by building the foundations of hooping with an on body warm up.
Co-ordination: Circuits of movements, a mixture of tricks sequenced together to amplify balance and coordination. Including linear isolations, passing, levels, spinning, transitions.
Drills/training: leg hooping intelligence, skills and drills. Foundations, balance, posture, flow.
Drills/training: shoulder hooping vertical and horizontal exploration
Cool down: relaxing into energy flow within the body, including balance work and tension release
Warm up: Revisiting the foundations of flow, on the body, drawing attention to embodiment and centering on releasing thoughts that hold back expression. Exploring upper body hooping, vertical hooping and the movements that help us to unlock it.
Revisiting full-body strength and posture for all over body hooping.
Trick focus: body wraps with variations, transitions, 360 reverse arms wrap escalator. Exploring in spin and anti-spin
Flow Sequence: This week's flow session includes some smooth transitions we move from off body to on body, using contact points. Back pack to angel wings, to behind the back transition, folding, reverse escalator, upward transition and then your choice of in spin or anti spin.
Cool down: A full body release exploring balance and energy flow, allowing you to integrate and melt deeper. Making space in your body and mind to support your flow.
Warm up: Posture, pace and poise is the focus this week; and always.
Coordination: Exploring linear isolations and flow using drills on the left and right. Adding a 360 element to the moves. Understanding the alignment required for barrel rolls on the body and with transitions.
Flow sequence: A funky one that flows on from last week including steps throughs, linear isolations, smooth transition and a barrel roll.
A sweet cool down to bring the class to a relaxed and focussed close.
Warm Up: Feeling into circular flow for the upper body using our hoops and hips. Using playtime and movement medicine to connect with how we want to feel and setting an intention for the class.
Coordination: focussing on popping, spinning and rolling
Flow sequence: We flow all three weeks together after adding new moves to our flow sequence this week. Its fun one this week including arm rolls, a jump through, a 360 turn and popping isolations.
Cool down: focussing on breath, release, lengthening and slowing down to bring the class to a close.
Hoops love music and I love creating playlists for you. I will personalize a playlist for this month that you can use in your practice times.
