Sweaty Circles is about showing up as you are, all parts of you are welcome, inhabiting and moving in the skin you are in.
If you are looking for a playful way to balance your body and mind with easy to access at-home workouts and flow sessions then this is the program for you. Sweaty Circles is dedicated to authenticity, there is nothing that you need to change about yourself to feel the empowerment and strength of moving for expression and energy.
Nothing about this program requires restriction, limitation or holding back. We are showing up for liberation, maximum energy and connection.
What you need:
A big space is NOT required, these workouts & flow sessions are all designed to do indoors or out. I will be sweating with you live and direct from my living room.

This is a 30-day program. You have a full month to do any of the workouts and flow sessions.
Yes! We will be using on-body and off-body tricks in most of the sessions so the workouts and flow session drills are going to make you stronger, more aligned and improve your coordination with a hoop.
Sweaty Circles will not focus on restrictions, weight loss, calorie counting or any other toxic diet culture. We will be focussing on moving your body for strength, fitness, pleasure, joy, freedom and expression. These workouts and flow sessions will make you sweat, if a side effect of consistently showing up to healthy movement is weight loss then that is for each individual to explore but this program is about loving your body, honoring your body, adoring your natural weight, moving for joy & fitness.
